Like the efficiency of an airline kiosk, you can now check-in from the comfort of your own home the night before your appointment. With a streamlined process that takes less than 2 minutes, you can check-in from anywhere, saving you time and hassle. When you arrive on the day of your appointment, simply drop your keys using our self-service kiosk located in the Service Department, and you're good to go.

1. Convenient Home Check-In the Night Before
The night before your service appointment, expect to receive an SMS from Titan Ford Service Centre offering you the option to 'check-in from home'.
Follow the link provided to initiate the check-in process. Answer a few simple questions, including your preferred contact method and service appointment details. Once you've reviewed and signed, your check-in is complete, and you're all set to drop off your Ford vehicle.
2. Effortless Drop-Off
Upon your arrival at Titan Ford, park your vehicle in the designated numbered bays, and follow the signage to our Express Kiosks.
At the kiosk, select the 'check-in' option, and provide your details, such as your mobile number or registration. Enter your parking bay number, and simply drop your keys into the automatic locker. It's a seamless process.
You will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check-in of your Ford vehicle, and our team will proceed with your scheduled service.
3. Hassle-Free Check-Out
We will notify you through your preferred contact method once your vehicle is ready for collection. If any payment is required, you will receive a notification. You have the option to collect your vehicle using the kiosk or, if you prefer, you can speak to our dedicated Titan Ford Service team.
Opting for the kiosk check-out? You will receive a security code to access your Ford vehicle keys from the kiosk locker. Enter the code, retrieve your keys, and find your Ford vehicle conveniently parked in a designated bay.
