We have been "Ford people" for a very long time and have even visited the Henry Ford Museum at Detroit. Whilst working, my last 10 cars were Fairmonts and after retiring we bought a new Falcon from Titan.
We were very happy with it and Titan Ford service for 3 years and then Lillian said she would like to down-size. So we went back to Titan and virtually without hesitation bought our Focus LX Hatch. It took a little while for us to get used to the smaller car but we have now driven to the Sunshine Coast and elsewhere and the further we have driven the more satisfied and happier we are with our Focus. Lillian says it is a real delight and"every home should have one!" I am especially pleased with both its economy and power, furthermore our LX also has most of the features of a Fairmont, even including the armrest in the back seat. Yes, in short we are very happy with Titan Ford and our Focus LX Hatch.

We would like to comment on the service we experienced while purchasing our new G6E Turbo from Titan Ford. Our sales contact was Sam Hanuman (New Car Manager). We were undecided between the XR8 and the G6E Turbo and Sam provided us with the opportunity to take our time in evaluating each car in regard to our own requirements. His professionalism and the fact that absolutely no pressure was put on us was fundamental in our decision to purchase our car from Titan Ford. We also spoke with David Nelson (New Car Salesman) on several occasions. He provided the pre delivery familiarisation on the vehicle and we found that his product knowledge and interest in the vehicles he is representing was first class. Based on our dealings with these two gentlemen, we would have no hesitation in approaching them in the future when the need for a new car arises.  My husband and I brought this car from your dealship around 3 years ago. We just wanted to let you know how wonderful it is. We have a 16ft caravan which we tow around and boy do we get comments on it. People are quite surprised when they see us pull up. We get asked about fuel consumption and towing a lot now. We have been pleasantly surprised on how low the fuel consumption is when towing a van. Obviously no need to get a 4 wheel drive at all. So bragging rights are ours around the camping grounds. We have bought quite a few cars and vans from your dealership now and we intend to keep doing so. The service we get is superior to a few other Ford stores around.
